Find / Change by Color / Overprint

The script is intended for search/replace colors (include Tint) and change the attributes "Overprint" objects and texts of the InDesign-document. Creates report, including a list of found/modified objects, indicating the Name of Color and condition attributes Overprint (Fill, Stroke, Gap)

1. Find "Black" in all objects and set attribute "Overprint" to "On" in the properties of the found objects.

2. Mode "Knockout All"

Скрипт предназначен для поиска/замещения цвета (включая оттенок - Tint) и изменения атрибутов "Overprint" объектов и текстов InDesign документа. Формирует отчет, включающий список найденных/измененных объектов с указанием цвета и состояния атрибутов Overprint (Fill, Stroke, Gap).

3. Find "Registration" in all objects and replace to color "Black", setting attribute "Overprint" to "Off" in the properties of the found objects.

Найти цвет "Registration" во всех объектах и заменить на "Black", отключив атрибут "Overprint" в найденных свойствах объектов.

Script Options:
1) choice of color / tint for the search;
2) choice of color / tint for the replacement in the found objects;
3) choice of properties to the find/change color and attribute Overprint:

• Fill - search/replacing the fill color in the found objects
- analyze attribute Overprint,
- Set an attribute Overprint Fill in state disabled/enabled;
• Stroke - Search/replacement the Stroke Color in the found objects
- analyze attribute Overprint,
- Set an attribute Overprint Stroke in state disabled/enabled;
• Gap - search/replacement Gap Color in the found objects
- analyze attribute Overprint,
- Set an attribute Overprint Gap in state disabled/enabled.

• Exclude Texts - when this option is enabled, texts are not processed, including texts of table cells and text paths;
• Exclude Objects - when this option is only processed texts, including texts of table cells and text paths, other objects are ignored;
• Exclude Fill and Stroke of Tables Cells - option for processing tables of the documents;

when this option is processed only text of table cells (Fill, Stroke and Stroke Gap of the cells of tables are ignored);

• Include Grayscale Images - this option is enabled only if the document found images that contain shades of gray (Mode: Grayscale);

when choosing this option examines the Fill color and attribute Overprint Fill of this images.
• Include Bitmaps - this option is enabled only in the document found images that can be painted color (Mode: Black and White);

when choosing this option examines the Fill color (by default - "Black") and attribute Overprint Fill of this images.

Установки скрипта:
1) выбор цвета для поиска;
2) выбор цвета для замещения в найденных объектах;
3) Выбор свойства для поиска/замещения цвета и атрибута Overprint ("запечатывание"):

• Fill - поиск/замена цвета заливки объекта,
- анализировать атрибут Overprint,
- установка атрибута Overprint Fill в состояние отключено/включено;
• Stroke - поиск/замена цвета контура объекта,
- анализировать атрибут Overprint,
- установка атрибута Overprint Stroke в состояние отключено/включено;
• Gap - поиск/замена цвета заполнения контура объекта,
- анализировать атрибут Overprint,
- установка атрибута Overprint Gap в состояние отключено/включено;

• Excludе Texts - при выборе данной опции тексты, включая тексты ячеек таблиц и текстовых путей, не обрабатываются;
• Excludе Objects - при выборе данной опции обрабатываются только тексты, включая тексты ячеек таблиц и текстовых путей, остальные объекты игнорируются при поиске;
• Exclude Fill and Stroke of Tables Cells - опция обработки таблиц документов; при выборе обрабатываются только тексты таблиц, заполнения и контуры ячеек таблиц (Fill, Stroke, Stroke Gap) игнорируются;

• Include Grayscale Images - данная опция активна только если в документе найдены изображения, содержащие оттенки серого (Mode: Grayscale); при выборе анализируется заполнение (Fill) и атрибут Overprint Fill данных изображений;
• Include Bitmaps - данная опция активна только если в документе найдены изображения, которые могут быть закрашены цветом (Mode: Black and White); при выборе анализируется заполнение (Fill, по умолчанию - "Black") и атрибут Overprint Fill данных изображений.
